Locking Garage buildings are comprised of 32 individual units. Each unit is 12.5ft wide and 25ft deep with a 10ft x 12ft door.
One building is now completed and in use; additional buildings will begin construction when at least 20 of its unit are pre-leased ($1,000 deposit per unit received, lease signed).
