Covered Paddock and Lock-Up Garages

Covered Paddocks and Lock-Up garages are available for rent. Both have electricity. Paddocks are available on member days and non-event weekends for $18/day for ECR members or $25/day for non-members; $75/weekend on event weekends (members and non-members. Includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Garages are available on a weekday ($75), weekend day ($100), weekly ($300), or monthly basis ($400). Long-term leases are also available quarterly ($350/month) or annually ($200/month). ** One automobile or two riders allowed per stall ** Reserve your paddock now via our PayPal Payments page.. Garage Reservations can be made by calling 940-466-9775.

Eagle 1 Racing - Mechanical Support

Eagle 1 Racing is your on-site mechanical support! With State of the Art equipment, Eagle 1 Racing can provide you with tire service, oil changes, and other routine (and maybe not so routine) maintenance to keep your auto running in tip-top shape. The Grill will be open in the main building during events. Light breakfast will be available in the morning.

During the morning registration, attendees will be able to place lunch orders from the menu provided. Ordered food will be ready for pick up during the lunch break.

Satellite cable TV on two 50" LCD TV in The Grill.

From Downtown Dallas:
 
1) From Downtown, take I-35E north toward Denton.
2) Stay right at the 183/35 split to stay on I-35E.
3) Follow I-35 North through Lewisville and Denton.
4) After passing Loop 288 on the north side of Denton, watch for 1173 to Krum.
5) Turn left (west) on 1173 and continue west through Krum. After Krum, 1173 eventually meet Donald Rd and turn north to head toward 455.
6) 1173 north will dead-end into 455. Turn left (west) on 455 and head toward Slidell.
7) After Slidell on 455, watch for FM 51, and turn left (south) on FM-51. The track entrance is 1/4 mile down on the right.
From DFW International Airport:
 
1) Leaving DFWI, take the North Exit of the Airport.
2) Bear left (west) onto 114 toward Grapevine, Southlake, and Bridgeport.
3) Follow 114 west through Grapevine, Southlake, and Trophy Club until reaching I-35W.
4) Bear right (north) onto I-35W toward Denton.
5) Follow I-35W North through Denton.
6) After passing Loop 288 on the north side of Denton, watch for 1173 to Krum.
7) Turn left (west) on 1173 and continue west through Krum. After Krum, 1173 eventually meet Donald Rd and turn north to head toward 455.
8) 1173 north will dead-end into 455. Turn left (west) on 455 and head toward Slidell.

From Downtown Fort Worth:
 
1) From Downtown, take 287 north toward Decatur.
2) Coming to Decatur, take Business 287 into Decatur.
3) In Decatur, watch for and turn onto FM-51 North.
4) Follow FM-51 north for approximately 12 miles, and the track will be on your left. If you reach 455, you have gone too far north.
5) An alternate route would be to follow the I-35 directions from above.
